The episode begins..
Vanraj is in the ICU and his parents, Leela and Hasmukh come out to talk to Anupama.
They tell her that Vanraj wants to see her but Hasmukh tells Anupama not to meet, if she doesn't want to.
Leela says that Anupama should see him anyway, since she's already there.
Anupama goes into Vanraj's room and he thanks her for coming.
He tells her that Kavya has left him and he takes responsibility for what has happened.
He says that he never valued relationships, and he didn't give Anupama or Kavya any respect they deserved.
Vanraj further says that life is unpredictable. He thought he was healthy, but he had a heart attack.
He says that now everyone will know that he has a heart, and that Anupama's name is written on it.
He says that he knows he hurt her and for that, god has given him the warning.
He says he is sorry for all that happened.
Anupama tells Vanraj that Kavya didn't leave him on her own.
She says that Vanraj pushed her away, and that she tried her best not to go But things did not work.
She tells him that he needs to forget the past and move on as the meaning of life is to move on.
Vanraj starts to talk again, but his heart rate starts to go up. Anupama tells him to stop talking and take a rest.
She walks away, and Vanraj thanks her.
Leela is at home, praying to God to heal her son soon.
She asks Hasmukh if he received a call from Samar. Hasmukh says no.
Leela says that Hasmukh was right about Anupama being their family's Lakshmi. She says that they did wrong to Anupama now they are facing the consequences for that.
She says that Vanraj is not a bad person, he is a good son, father, and brother.
Hasmukh says that Vanraj is not a good husband and that he is suffering due to the consequences of his actions.
He says that Leela is only acting as a good person because she is worried about Vanraj and that she will get back to being her old self when he is better.
He tells her to stop acting and to agree that Anupama will never take Vanraj back.
Leela says that there is nothing wrong in wanting her family to be happy.
She says that she is wrong, but not completely.
She says that she loves her family and that she wants the best for them.
At the hospital :
Pakhi is upset about her father's condition. Samar tries to comfort her but she is inconsolable.
Toshu joins them and says that he has also disappointed their father.
He says that their father always wanted the best for them but he has never been able to live up to his expectations.
Pakhi says that she has also hurt their father and they all hug each other.
They feel guilty for not being good children.
Kinjal walks in and sees them crying.
She wipes their tears and says that they are just children and they should not be so hard on themselves.
She says that they should be happy to keep their parents happy.
Pakhi says that their mother is happy with Anuj and Toshu says that Anuj is nowhere to be found.
Samar says that he tried to contact Anuj but he could not reach him.
Kinjal says that Maya is capable of doing anything and they do not know what she might have done to Anuj.
She says that she will call Devika and ask her to find out what happened.
Kinjal says that they need to be strong for their parents and they need to be there for each other. They are a family, and they need to stick together.
Kanta tells Bhavesh that she called Devika today, but even Devika and Dheeraj don't know where Anuj is.
She prays to God that Anuj is safe wherever he is.
Anupama is seen coming.
Kanta asks Bhavesh not to talk about Anuj in front of Anupama because she is worried about him.
Anupama sits tiredly on the couch and Kanta fans her.
Kanta asks how Vanraj is doing. Anupama tells her that Vanraj had a mild heart attack and will be back home in a few days.
Bhavesh goes to get her some lemonade.
Kanta says that fate is pushing her towards someone she shouldn't be with and taking her away from someone she should be with.
Anupama explains that she went to meet Vanraj not because she wanted to be with him but for Hasmukh and kids.
She doesn't need Vanraj or Anuj anymore.
The next day, Vanraj returns home and Leela performs aarti.
The family asks him to rest but Vanraj says he has to work to support the family financially.
Anupama thinks that he's right because responsibilities don't let a person rest.
Leela asks Samar and Toshu to hide their father's laptop and asks Vanraj to come in.
Vanraj asks Anupama to come into the house.
Leela tells her not to worry because it is his family.
Anupama feels hesitant but goes in anyway.
Samar and Pakhi give Vanraj a greeting.
Leela then asks Anupama to prepare khichdi for Vanraj.
Anupama refuses, but Leela offers to make tea for everyone and goes to the kitchen.
The rest of the family leaves, leaving Vanraj and Anupama alone.
Anupama tries to leave but Vanraj asks her to stay.
He is afraid something will happen to him after his heart attack.
Vanraj worries about his children and parents.
He tells Anupama that he only trusts her and needs a promise from her.
