The episode begins..
Kavya tells Shahs that a house cannot stand strong when its foundation is wrong. She compares her and Vanraj's relationship to a house with a weak foundation.
Kavya explains that when she met Vanraj, she had just parted ways with Anirudh and got attracted to Vanraj, which she shouldn’t have.
They all hear a story from Anupama in which she is also present. She knows she was wrong and visits Anupama’s house as her friend to meet her husband.
She feels like a drug addict who needs drugs at any cost.
Kavya shares that after Anupama left Vanraj, she and Vanraj made Anupama cry so much that their relationship was affected.
She continues to pour her heart out describing how the whole family didn't accept her and how each family member reacted.
Everyone expected her to be like Anupama, which she can never be. Kavya tried her best to be a good daughter-in-law but never accepted Vanraj's children as her own.
Kinjal and Samar plead with her not to go, but Kavya says she can't stay here anymore. She advises Toshu that Kinjal is a good girl and he shouldn't lose her.
She hugs Kinjal and says that this house needs her, and she should handle it.
She then touches Leela and Hasmukh feet and says that she considers them as her parents and will visit them often.
Vanraj comes in and shouts that Kavya can leave if she wants to.
He reminds her that she left Anirudh to be with him and if she goes back to him, he will kick her out of the house.
Kavya laughs and tells him not to be so overconfident. She says there will be a day when he will be alone and he will regret his actions.
Kavya says their togetherness was bitter and wants to leave peacefully. She asks Vanraj to free her happily.
Kavya tells Hasmukh that she is leaving alone and is scared about how she will manage. She requests his blessings before leaving.
Hasmukh blesses her to always be happy.
Kavya leaves the Shah house crying. Vanraj shouts at her to get lost and never return.
He angrily slams the door and collapses.
The family rushes to him, worried about his state.
Kanta asks Anupama to promise her that she will share all her pains with her and will lessen her pain with tears but not break up. Anupama nods her head yes.
Leela calls Anupama and informs her about Vanraj's condition. Anupama goes to the hospital.
When Leela sees Anupama, she starts crying and hugs her. Anupama comforts her and asks how this happened.
Samar tells Anupama that Kavya left Vanraj and he collapsed after that.
Leela cries that her son has an unlucky fate, that happiness never stays with him. He recently got a job, and now he fell ill.
Anupama and Vanraj's fate are the same. They both had an arranged marriage and then a love marriage, but their spouses left them.
Kinjal warns Leela not to talk about it now, and Anupama agrees with her.
The doctor comes out of ICU and informs them that Vanraj had a heart attack.
Leela breaks down even more.
The doctor says that Vanraj is stable now, and they need to keep him under observation for tests.
Leela asks the doctor if they can meet Vanraj. The doctor says they can meet him one by one.
Leela and Hasmukh meet Vanraj first, and she continues to cry. Vanraj asks her to relax as he is back and asks about Anupama.
Pakhi cries and hugs Anupama. She asks if Vanraj will be okay. Anupama tells Pakhi that Vanraj can give a heart attack to a heart attack and that he will be okay soon.
Pakhi apologizes for giving her false hope about Anuj's return and for not being able to reunite Anupama and Anuj.
Anupama remembers waiting eagerly for Anuj's arrival.
Pakhi feels guilty and says that if she had not gone to Mumbai, none of this would have happened.
Vanraj asks Leela if Anupama has arrived. Leela says yes.
Vanraj asks if Anupama came for him. Leela says yes, but also for humanity, for her, Hasmukh, and their children.
Hasmukh thinks they should inform Kavya, but Vanraj stops him.
Leela tells Vanraj that his condition is because of Kavya. Hasmukh disagrees. Vanraj admits that he did wrong with Kavya and asks Leela to call Anupama inside.
Leela happily goes out to call Anupama.
Anupama thanks Pakhi for trying to reunite her and Anuj. She explains how it can be tiring to expect love from someone, just like Kavya.
Anupama asks Pakhi not to blame Kavya for Vanraj's condition and continues to comfort Pakhi.
