The episode begins..
Anuj takes Anupama to a temple.
They look at each other.
Anuj says that there are two people in the temple whom he can't live without: God and Anupama.
He admits that while Anupama trusts him completely, he is unsure if he trusts himself.
He has tried many times to reveal the truth to her but failed.
Today, he is determined to do it at any cost.
Anuj acknowledges that he feels ashamed and couldn't meet her gaze.
He regrets that she remained silent even when she was right and he wishes she had confronted him and questioned him.
He forgot that small mistakes can turn into big ones and have lifelong consequences.
He acknowledges that he knowingly or unknowingly broke her heart.
Anuj insists that she should question him and fight instead of remaining silent.
Overwhelmed with guilt, he breaks down and holds her feet, expressing that he will be tormented by guilt if she doesn't respond.
Anupama stands with tears in her eyes.

She wonders what she should say now when she didn't say it before.
Anuj tells her that she should have said it then and should say it now.
He mentions that she didn't question him and accepted his decision easily when he told her over the phone.

Anuj asks how she could tolerate her husband attending her son's wedding with another woman and participating in the religious ceremony with another woman.
He expresses his intolerance towards Vanraj even mentioning her name and expresses his desire to confront him.
Anuj takes an oath in the name of God and reveals that he eagerly wanted to meet Anupama and correct all his mistakes.
However, something happened that day which prevented their meeting.
Anupama asks what had happened on that day.
Vanraj is afraid that Anuj has reached the gurukul to talk to Anupama.
He calls the gurukul and asks if Anupama is still there.
The receptionist says she doesn't know because some people have left, while others are still at the gurukul.
Vanraj feels relieved, thinking that Anupama is still at the gurukul.
Anuj tells Anupama that he has decided to meet her, apologize, and make things right.
He realized his mistake when Little Anu told him that she sent Anupama away for her own happiness.
This made him feel guilty.
Pakhi also confronted him and made him realize his mistake even more.
Anuj describes how he was about to leave Maaya's house after Little Anu's parent-teacher meeting.
However, Maaya locked the door, and something happened that he didn't want.
He clarifies that he never saw Maaya in a wrong way and always considered her as Little Anu's biological mother.
He even moved to Dhiraj's house when he went to Mumbai and asked Maaya to bring Little Anu there.
He explains how he pushed Maaya away when she forcefully tried to be intimate with him.
As he was heading towards the airport, Little Anu called him and was crying loudly, so he returned to Little Anu's side.
He saw blood on her hand and took her to Maaya, who was found unconscious and bleeding on the floor, possibly because he pushed her away to leave her house.
He couldn't bear to see his daughter's mother dying, so he rushed her to the hospital.
The doctor informed him that Maaya had experienced mental trauma and could become violent, so someone should always be with her.
Maaya wakes up and behaves psychotically, shouting at Anuj not to leave her.
Coming back from the flashback, Anuj admits feeling guilty that his daughter's biological mother's condition was a result of his actions.
He desperately wanted her to get better no matter what.
He apologizes to Anupama for not calling her and informing her about what had happened.
