The episode begins..
Anupama prays to God to keep her dance in sync when she performs in front of Gurumaa Malti Devi. After that, she goes to fill out a form.
Gets one, and notices a man standing nearby wearing a dhoti kurta.
Suddenly, Leela receives a call from Panditji and acts shocked. The family asks her what happened. Leela tells them that Panditji informed her that Samar and Dimple's wedding muhurat is fixed after a month.
Kinjal expresses concern that Vanraj should get well by that time.
Vanraj assures everyone that he will be well within a month.
Leela suggests that they postpone the wedding for a year to give Samar some clarity.
Samar objects asking why wait for a year.
Leela tells them that Panditji said it could be either one month or after one year.
The family agrees to make the arrangements within one month.
Leela proposes that they seek Anuj's help to manage the wedding expenses but Vanraj insists that they can manage the expenses themselves since Samar is their son.
He suggests that they inform Anupama about it but Hasmukh reminds him that they should only inform her and not force her to involve herself in the arrangements.
Kinjal congratulates Samar and becomes teary-eyed with happiness.
Samar gets concerned. But Kinjal explains that these are tears of joy, and she expresses how happy she is for her best friend and brother-in-law's wedding.
A man approaches Anupama and asks if she is Anupama.
Anupama confirms but says she doesn't know the man.
The man introduces himself as Nakul and says he considers Gurumaa Malti Devi his mother.
He takes Anupama to meet Gurumaa.
Anupama is mesmerized seeing Gurumaa dancing with her students on an energetic song.
She claps loudly after the performance and Gurumaa notices her.
Anupama touches Gurumaa's feet but Gurumaa stops her and says she doesn't know her.
Anupama tells Gurumaa that she is her student even without meeting her and learned to dance by watching her performances.
Gurumaa asks her why she came there and Anupama replies that relationships can only be made by meeting people.
Gurumaa says she doesn't make any relationships but Anupama insists that there are relationships between a teacher and a student, an idol and an admirer, a mother and a child, etc.
Gurumaa wipes her face with an embroidered kerchief and sits down.
Anupama offers her a hand-embroidered kerchief as a guru dakshina (fees), but Gurumaa says the guru dakshina should be of her choice.
Pakhi returns home happily and Barkha asks her why she's happy.
Pakhi tells her that Anupama got admission to Gurumaa Malti Devi's dance school.
Barkha is surprised as Gurumaa is a star classical dancer.
Pakhi says anything can happen. Barkha is happy because Anuj won't be returning but Pakhi tells her that Anuj is attending Samar and Dimpy's wedding after a month.
Adhik reacts to his sister's insult but Pakhi shuts him up with her befitting reply, making him more angry.
Barkha thinks it's good if Anupama gets busy with dance school and diverts her attention away from Anuj.
Gurumaa asks Anupama to dance, and Anupama gets more nervous.
Gurumaa tells her that a woman dances in a closed room and feels happy.
Anupama agrees.
Meanwhile, Leela calls Anupama repeatedly and gets angry when she doesn't pick up the call, cursing her as usual.
Gurumaa continues her speech and gives Anupama five minutes to prove herself.
Anupama stands tensed.
