1. There is no age limit to participate. All the Art Submissions will be categorized in Two categories : Category 1 : Student Category [below16 yrs.] & Category 2 : Adults above 16+ [No age limit]

2. Step 1 : Enroll yourself in the art festival by visiting & collecting the registration form and FREE ART SHEET at Sapna Book House, Hubballi (11AM – 8PM; open all days). There is no registration fee to participate & the registration is FREE. Last Date to Register & Enroll : November 30, 2022

3. Step 2 : After Enrolling, Submit your art work by visiting the Sapna Book House, Hubballi and collect the FREE PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATE for participating in the art festival. The Art work will be accepted only if art work is done on the art paper issued by us. There is no fee for submission. The last date to submit art works : December 10, 2022. The theme of the art festival is ‘Hubballi – Dharwad’ as a cultural and literary hub You can draw and paint Landscapes, Heritage Centers, Popular Personalities, etc,. Art work can be in any form but related to Hubballi – Dharwad (E.g. – pencil work, poster color, water color art, charcoal art, etc,.) If your art work does not confine with the theme, the art work will not be considered by the festival team. Please ensure to carry & submit this slip / form when you come to submit your work at Sapna Book House.

4. All the submitted art works will be exhibited in the ONLINE VIRTUAL ART GALLERY set up by Rostrum Diaries. To view your art work published in the art gallery visit www.hubballiiartfestival.com

All Submitted art works will be published in the ONLINE ART GALLERY within 72 hours of the submission at the Sapna Book House, Hubballi Store.

An Audience Choice Art Work will be awarded based on the number of votes in the ONLINE VIRTUAL ART GALLERY. Last Date to Vote is Jan 6, 2023.

An email will be sent to your registered email ID once the art work has been published in the virtual art gallery. In case the online voting is disrupted due  to technical issues in that case the ONLINE AUDIENCE CHOICE award will be discarded/cancelled.

To vote, go to the art work you wish to vote and click on the heart button. Please note : you can vote only once using one laptop / mobile / device / system

6. An Art Gallery & Exhibition will be set up in the month of January 2023 in the premises of Sapna Book House, Hubballi featuring the best art works shortlisted by the jury. Details of the Art gallery & Exhibition will be notified on the website and social media.

7. Exciting Awards & Prizes to be awarded for the WINNER, RUNNER-UP & CONSOLATION prize for both the categories. The Winners will be declared on the Art Gallery / Exhibition inaugural day in the month of January 2023 at Sapna Book House, Hubballi.

9. The Hubballi Art Festival (HAF) is joint initiative by Rostrum Diaries, a unit of GubbiBoo Ventures & Sapna Book House, Belagavi.

10. The Festival team will have all rights to take the decision in case of conflicts & has all rights on the submitted art works for the festival. All entries will be judged by the judge who will choose the winning entry (entries). The judge reserves the right to not award a prize or prizes in either in any given year and his/her decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding his/her/festival team’s decision. The above-mentioned dates are subject to change based on festival team.
