Mission Impossible 7 Dead Reckoning Part 1

The Tom Cruise starring franchise English movie Mission Impossible 7 also known as Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning part 1 arrives in cinemas from July 12 and opens in India with a great opening and amazing buzz. The movie which has always been known for its amazing stunts and thrilling action sequences was always known to bring the crowd to the big screens but this summer it might be the winner Hollywood was waiting for and the theater chains should get the cash registers ringing.

Story Line

In Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and his IMF team embark on their most dangerous mission yet: To track down a terrifying new weapon that threatens all of humanity before it falls into the wrong hands. With control of the future and the fate of the world at stake, and dark forces from Ethan's past closing in, a deadly race around the globe begins. Confronted by a mysterious, all-powerful enemy, Ethan is forced to consider that nothing can matter more than his mission – not even the lives of those he cares about most.

For the past few years there have been two great movie franchises that have carried the action movie genre and that has been the John Wick series and the Mission Impossible series. With your everyday humans playing extraordinary characters in a wild and pumping action adrenaline rush sequences causing the audience to cheer for more just made these two franchises rule the box office. 

Box Office

The talk on the street is that sine it was a mid-week release for India and with no holidays in the vicinity the opening day numbers were still high with double digit openings however it is expected to pick up over the weekend and might reach a sixty crores first weekend itself. The movie, however, has another rival waiting in line for the coming week in Oppenheimer which as everyone knows is helmed by Christopher Nolan and boasts of an even stellar star cast and might bite into the box office collections of Mission Impossible 7.

Imax has already confirmed that it will be playing Oppenheimer from July 21 which indirectly hits into the number of big screens Mission Impossible 7 is going to be able to garner from July 21.

The movie though has released in India in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu giving the biggest markets the greatest chance of a stellar crowd and with no major releases from any of the industries colliding with the release gives it another reason for a great weekend.
