Major the movie with Adivi Sesh and romoted by GMB entertainments and Sony pictures has been postponed due to the prevailing Covid Situation around the country.The movie was supposed to release on 1th Feb 2022 in Hindi, Telugu and Malayalam.

Major is a movie based on the Attack on the Taj Hotel and the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan and would appeal to the people across the country due to which the movie makers wish for the postponment of the movie release and normalcy to return across the country.
